Les données anonymisées transmises à Insights EazyMirror sont traitées par Abacus.AI, sur une infrastructure AWS/Azure/GCP située aux États-Unis (chiffrement AES-256 au repos, TLS 1.2+ en transit ; conformité SOC 2 Type II, ISO/IEC 27001, RGPD, CCPA). Un accord de traitement des données (DPA) encadre cette relation.

This privacy policy applies to the websites EazyMirror.com and Insights.EazyMirror.com, both published by Getratex SA. Its purpose is to inform users of the websites of how their personal data is collected and processed, the rights they have, the identity of the data controller, the recipients of such data, and the websites' cookie policy. The anonymised data transmitted to Insights EazyMirror is processed by Abacus.AI, on an AWS/Azure/GCP infrastructure located in the United States (AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.2+ in transit; SOC 2 Type II, ISO/IEC 27001, GDPR and CCPA compliance). A data processing agreement (DPA) governs this relationship.

Die an Insights EazyMirror übermittelten anonymisierten Daten werden von Abacus.AI auf einer AWS/Azure/GCP-Infrastruktur in den Vereinigten Staaten bearbeitet (AES-256-Verschlüsselung im Ruhezustand, TLS 1.2+ bei der Übertragung; Konformität mit SOC 2 Type II, ISO/IEC 27001, DSGVO und CCPA). Diese Beziehung ist durch einen Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag (DPA) geregelt.
