Moving beyond declarations of intent

Your organization may display values of fairness and diversity, but what do your employees really think? What matters to have engaged employees is knowing whether your practices generate an authentic perception of fairness in your teams' daily experience.

An organization can have the best policies on paper without its employees actually feeling fairness in their daily interactions. The perception of fairness reveals the gap between your intentions and the reality experienced by your teams.

The solution: EPFS

The EPFS (Employee Perceived Fairness Score) measures a concrete outcome: how much your employees actually perceive fairness in your organization's practices and their direct management.

Unlike traditional audits that analyze processes without necessarily measuring their perceived impact, EPFS reveals whether your fairness efforts effectively create a sense of justice and equitable treatment.

The 3 dimensions measured by EPFS

Level of assessmentQuestion asked
By the organization as a whole1 - To what extent do you feel that your employer (independently of your direct manager) applies fair practices in recruiting, promoting, and treating employees and candidates?
By direct management2 - To what extent do you feel that your direct manager (as an individual, independently of their superiors or organizational practices) recruits, promotes, and treats team members and candidates fairly?
In the working environment3 - To what extent do you feel that fairness is respected in your working environment?
